Frank Lancaster is one of the vocal fronts
for Full Steam. Frank has won countless singing contests and is well known throughout the musical community of Southern Maryland.
Throughout 2000-2001, Frank shared lead vocal responsibilities for Hot Ice. In addition to vocal ability, Frank acts as Full
Steam's resident geek and sound man extraordinnaire. All of this in addition to playing rhythm guitar!! In
his spare time, Frank is the co-owner of a local recording studio and has produced recordings for many local artists. He is
also into tupperware as his bandmates will gladly tell you. Frank organizes Full Steam's stage set up based on new locations,
stage size, etc. Frank is definitely the man with the plan!!! Frank's motto is "If you are only five minutes
early, you are late!"

Veronica Lancaster sings some
leads and back-ups as well as playing keyboards and some guitar for Full Steam. Veronica has been performing for
quite some time. Veronica's experiences includes being an opening act for Nazareth and Merle Haggard, as well as sharing
the stage with Tracy Byrd and Shania Twain. Prior to playing music in the "civilian world," Veronica spent a portion of her
Army career singing and touring with the Army Entertainment Division, including the United States, Europe and Korea, performing
for crowds of Army soldiers, their families, as well as dignitaries. Now, she co-owns a recording studio with her husband,
Frank. Veronica occasionally gets to express herself with her songwriting. Having written songs for most of her life,
she recently co-produced a CD of original material with a country and western flavor, called "Mr. Maybe." Look for future
CDs to come, with more of an edge that will reflect her current interests in music. She has sang with various bands throughout
the nation. Now singing leads, playing keyboards, and rhythm guitar, Veronica also helps out with marketing the
band, booking, and building the web site. In here spare time, she loves hanging with the family and playin with her
puppy, Brooke.

Doug has been playing guitar for almost 30 years, playing
in local bands in the DC and NYC areas such as Bad Pennies, Electric Sky and Air Heavy. Like most, Doug started playing guitar
in order to get chicks, but has since matured into 'playing to keep from strangling the boss'. Doug also sings backup whenever
he can't otherwise get out of it.
A computer nerd by day and resident of Harpers Ferry, WV since 2000,
Doug has adapted well. Although he still has too many teeth, he does have the required broken down car on blocks in
the front yard, a couch on his front porch, and he's learning the banjo. One day he'll be able to afford a trailer,
and then his neighbors will stop calling him a city slicker.
Doug's motto is "Dance, rock, or get the hell out of the way!"
Jerry Thomas has been drumming for many years, most noteably,
in the band Hot Ice. Jerry's smooth rhythm and amazing ability has allowed him to play many different styles.
Jerry's years of experience and versatility makes him a perfect fit in Full Steam!
Aaron Altieri has been playing guitar all of his adult
life and was most recently guitarist for the band Act II. Aaron is a true professional and mastered the Full Steam set
list in a few short weeks before making his debut performance. He has a strong ear for music and works tightly with
Full Steam's other guitarist, Doug Hillgren, to provide complimentary leads, rhythm and accent parts. Aaron is also
a very capable singer and further adds to the bands vocal capabilities.
